SUPRAOLIVO aims to make project information accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the measures incorporated into the site, the limitations identified, and the channels available for reporting difficulties or requesting information in an accessible format.
Scope and applicable standards
This statement applies to the SUPRAOLIVO website, its pages, and the content published by the operational group. Linked external websites are subject to their own accessibility conditions.
The project receives public funding. The first additional provision of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September requires websites whose design or maintenance receives public funding to meet the criteria set out in Articles 5 and 6. These criteria are used as the reference framework for the accessibility of this site. The technical reference is the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard, which includes the Level A and AA criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
The general framework on equal opportunities and accessibility established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013 is also taken into account, as is Royal Decree 193/2023, concerning goods and services made available to the public, within its scope and implementation timetable.
Law 11/2023 of 8 May establishes requirements for certain products and services, including e-commerce, applicable from 28 June 2025. The website reviewed is intended to provide information about and promote the project; no electronic contracting service for consumers has been identified. The applicability of this law should be assessed if services covered by it are introduced.
Compliance status
It cannot be stated that the website as a whole conforms to the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard. The review carried out is preliminary and has identified a barrier related to the language of some controls. It does not constitute a full audit and does not make it possible to certify full or partial conformity.
Non-accessible content and pending checks
- Documents: downloadable documents, alternative text, contrast, content resizing and reflow, all keyboard navigation paths, and compatibility with screen readers have not been comprehensively evaluated. These are areas pending verification, not confirmed instances of non-compliance identified by this review.
This statement does not invoke an exemption on the grounds of disproportionate burden, nor does it consider third-party content to be automatically excluded. If any content is not accessible to you, you can request the information through the channels indicated below.
Measures implemented
- A skip-to-main-content link and a heading structure on the pages reviewed.
- Contact form fields with associated labels and identification of required fields.
- A control for pausing the background video and adaptation of certain animations to the reduced-motion preference.
- Keyboard tab navigation.
- Textual information accompanying the project’s territorial map.
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting on the page for browsers configured accordingly.
Preparation and review of this statement
Statement prepared on 22 September 2026. Last reviewed: 22 September 2026.
Method: preliminary technical review of the theme code and browser checks of the home page and contact page in the working installation. No independent audit, full assessment using assistive technologies, or validation of the live public version has been carried out. The findings should be reviewed after the identified issues have been corrected and the published content has been checked. This statement will be reviewed at least annually and whenever significant changes are made.

Complaints and complaint procedures
If you do not receive a response or disagree with the response provided, you may contact the project team again, indicating the date of the initial request and the reason for your disagreement.
You may also contact the Office for Disability Support (OADIS) to obtain guidance or submit an enquiry or complaint concerning discrimination related to accessibility. This channel does not replace any administrative or judicial remedies that may be available.
The fact that the project receives public funding does not in itself make its team an administrative accessibility unit. Accordingly, this email address is not designated as an administrative registry and is not presented as a formal public-sector complaint procedure.
